  • For women who have entered their second trimester of pregnancy. This 75-minute class includes a balance of recommended poses both standing, sitting, and reclining; breathing and pelvic floor exercises; and a guided relaxation or meditative rest period. Movements and asanas strengthen and tone the muscles and organs. An emphasis is placed on soothing practices. Visualization and relaxation practices with the baby are included.
